The challenge
Amor Dental Clinic is an established Cebu dental clinic with four branches, best known for veneers. For years it had grown on word of mouth and organic social media posts. They had always wanted to try paid ads, but didn't know where or how to start.
What we did
- Strategy. Our research showed the local market responds better to messages, so we built the campaign around Messenger: bring people to the clinic's page in a conversation, then turn the conversation into a booking.
- Booking messages. An automated message sequence that guides each inquiry to book a teeth cleaning. We tested a long and a short version to see which booked more.
- Targeting. Narrowed to 5 miles, because few people wanted to travel far for an appointment in the middle of the pandemic.
- Creative. Different images, tested over 30 days to see what the audience responded to.
The results
In the first month: 351 messages at ₱16.82 each, on ₱5,935.07 of ad spend. 24 of them booked appointments, a projected return of 4.04 times the ad spend. Later, in July 2021, the campaigns for three of the branches brought 773 messages and about ₱230,000 in revenue.
“So we’ve worked with Augmen for just one month and in that amount of time they’ve helped create a tremendous impact on our business.”
