The challenge
Posh offers SPC flooring, wall decking and space improvement from Obando, Bulacan, for homes and businesses in Bulacan and Metro Manila. The business was built entirely offline. Owner Jerwin L. wanted bigger clients and to be top of mind in a crowded flooring market, but had no one to run online marketing. We were their first agency.
What we did
- Strategy and offer. A strategy meeting at the Posh office set the angle: “Why Posh? 10x more impact resistant.” Posh competes on quality, not price. The meeting ended with an approved content direction, the hooks and shot references.
- A one-day shoot. In their showroom, their warehouse and a customer's finished home in Alabang: SPC flooring installed in a real home, close-ups of the designs, lifestyle shots of the space, and Posh staff explaining the product.
- Creative. The lead video is 27 seconds, with the “10x more impact resistant” hook in the first three seconds, staff walking through the flooring designs, the line “Posh flooring isn’t just beautiful, it’s made to last” and a “Discover Posh” call to action, cut for Reels, feed and Stories. Image ads ran beside the videos; the single best-selling ad was an image.
- Targeting. Interest audiences within 25 miles of Obando, ages 25 to 55: home construction, interiors, flooring and floor installation, luxury lifestyle, and small-business owners. The ads ran in Posh's own Meta Business Suite.
- Messenger and follow-through. Our chat team answered the inquiries the ads brought in, and Posh's team closed the sales. Flooring is a slow purchase: the first three months brought good leads but no sales yet, and we kept going.
The results
From June 2025 to May 2026, Posh's ad account returned 21.2 times its ad spend in sales, and the campaigns started 5,483 Messenger conversations. Posh wins clients on quality instead of discounts, with engagement comparable to competitors that have more than 10,000 followers.
Return on ad spend is for the whole ad account: the sales Posh reported, divided by what they spent on ads.
